I’m not dyslexic, I don’t know about the others though. Some of my colleagues on my course at university were dyslexic, apart from having extra time for their exams, there wasn’t any difference between them and anyone else.

Hi, I am dyslexic but it that word just means that you look at the world in a different way. You see things that other people don’t necessarily see. I find numbers much easier to use than words, and am good at visualising 3D objects so it’s actually beneficial in my job (I didn’t do well at school but ended up graduating top of my year in both my University degrees). Everyone is different though and stuff like that might feel like a barrier right now, but you’ll find a way to use it to your advantage. Do you know Richard Branson who owns Virgin and is trying to make space flight commercial? He is severely dyslexic. Albert Einstein? Pablo Picasso? If you are dyslexic, you have a gift 🙂
