Even when I’m not working on gas turbines, I’m always engineering things around the house to make my life easier. My latest idea is to build an automatic sifter that blends and sifts almond flour and sugar for baking macarons without any work form me! Can you think of a way to do this?

Yup, my job has helped me find and fix problems on my own car so I’ve saved a bit of money that way rather than going to the mechanic 😉

All the time! When you’re an engineer, people tend to assume you can fix stuff for them, the great thing is that often you can!

Yes! Engineering is just the practical application of science. I like how all of my friends automatically think that I’m good at fixing things or coming up with solutions to problems because I’m an engineer.
