  Wow, that’s a tough one! I think a source of clean, cheap energy would solve a lot of problems, so I’d choose to build either a working fusion reactor, or a 100% efficient solar panel.

  Sorry the chat didn’t work for you guys, that’s a tricky question. If I was just having fun, I’d probably try make some Wallace and Gromit type inventions. But being serious, and if it’s really anything possible, I’d probably try and design something that would be able to something more important like solve world hunger or cure a disease lol. Developing genetic and medical engineering is a really tough challenge though, and the progress in the real world is not fast enough to find a solution in one generation. But would give it a go!
