Question: how did you first getting involed in the job, is this want you wanted to be?

  Hi Leya! If I’m honest, I wasn’t really sure what I wanted to be. And there’s no problem with that! 🙂
  
  I knew I was interested in engineering but first got involved with Rolls-Royce through their graduate engineering programme. It is 18 months of engineering training after University and you get to try a completely different job every 3 months to see what you enjoy most. It’s brilliant!
