• Question: How did you get to apply for your job?

      Well, i didn’t apply for my current job, I just started the company with my two friends. But my first job in F1 I saw advertised on the careers website of my university.

      I got to apply for my job by completing a University degree in engineering. I found out about the job through a stand at a careers fair.

      There are various different ways that people in my office got a job as a Rolls-Royce engineer though. Some people took an apprenticeship straight after school, some people came in with college degrees and some with University degrees.

      I applied for mine at university as i’m on a graduate scheme which requires a degree, but I did have to search for it and I researched the company first before I applied to see if it was somewhere I would like to work, as this is important as the job itself.
