Successful engineers aren’t afraid to ask questions and they don’t give up! Maths and science can be very difficult and it’s okay if you don’t something straightaway. The trick is to learn and re-learn things from different points of view. I think successful engineers are always learning, even outside of formal education. There’s so much out there to learn and there’s even more out there that we don’t know! When you’ve found a topic you really enjoy (space? biology? propulsion? robots?) there’s no limit to how much you can learn once you’re really enjoying it. So ask questions about the world around you and when you find an area that you really really enjoy, dive deeper into it!

Keep up your STEM subjects at school, and try to get involved in engineering type projects (just like this one!)
