• Question: Is it possible to work for Ben and Jerry's as an engineer? Or can you work in the food industry?

      Definitely, it wasn’t a chef who worked out how to pipe a core of fudge into the middle of a pot of icecream, it was an engineer!

      Yes of course; they “manufacture” the ice cream using different kinds of machines so, as an engineer, you could design a more efficient way to freeze the ice cream or how to make it smoother or solve any problems they may have during production.

      You can do either, if you want to improve the efficiency or how they make the ice cream you can be an engineer working for Ben and Jerry’s. You don’t have to work in the food industry.

      If you want to work on recipes, and how it looks you probably need to work in the food industry first to do that. I think the engineering but sounds like much more fun though 🙂
