      I’ve never used either. I would test both with the same data set and see what results i got to compare them.

      After a customary google search, I can say I would never have to use these models – they’re for traffic congestion simulation and form what I read, they’re intended for using together anyway in order to establish the reliability of results.

      I think you’re being a bit over-specific with your questions my friend, I’m not sure what either of us gains from this question/answer interaction (apart from I now know what those models are for).
