Question: Describe an occasion when you worked on a team and something did not go well. How did you respond?

I worked with a team building a subway. We had a nightmare one afternoon when a brick wall fell down and concrete spilled into a duel carriage way…..cars had to stop and there was concrete everywhere. We worked really quickly to clean up the mess and re-build the wall so that no more concrete could escape. That was tough, but I laugh about it now.
