Hi, not my strongest subject, formula one but even a numpty knows that vapor lock occurs in the fuel system, not the braking system. Vapour lock is when fuel under pressure goes form a liquid to a gas, making it difficult for the fuel pump to move it into the engine, causing loss of power or even problematic stalling.
Formula 1 cars use disc brakes much like any high quality road car but the hydraulic fluid utilised is not prone to vapourising so an issue similar to vapour lock is unlikely.
