  Well I actually work for myself and then I pick up contracts working on different projects. That’s pretty cool being mine own boss 🙂

  Mott MacDonald is a multinational engineering consultancy so it’s quite a large company. I work within the Technology Services team of the Highways division in the Transportation unit and I’m graduate engineer so there are quite a lot of people above me. I have a line manager so I mostly deal with him on projects and then he reports to our project manager (who technically isn’t his boss so it’s a weird dynamic) but sometimes I work on projects that my line manager isn’t involved in so I work with some other project managers as well.
