• Question: how did people react when they found out you got into engineering??????????????????

      Everybody was very happy and excited for me. I got a lot of support from my family, which I think it is very important. You need to know that your family agrees with your choices and that they have your back.

      Everyone was very proud and kind and excited. My mum loves to tell everyone what I do for a living because I think she wishes she had become an engineer too.

      My sister and brother are both engineers as well so we all have that in common 🙂

      My parents and my partner were surprised. A lot of members of my family worked in chemistry, so they expected me to follow that trend. By now people have mostly just accepted that work where I work. As long as there are good results, it doesn’t matter what I do 🙂
