Question: If you designed a robot for your home what features would it have?

I’d like my ideal domestic robot to be able to answer questions like: “what’s going on in robotics industry these days?” or “can you summarise Shakespeare’s Hamlet for me in 5 minutes?” Machines are fantastic at analysing vast amounts of information. If only they could summarise that data in short useful titbits for humans…

As to the shape – I like abstract shapes like Olly (https://www.heyolly.com/index.html), so mine would look something like that.

Humanoid robots are cool and all, but with what we have now, a small frame with extensive brainpower is what I’d go for.
