When I worked on the healthcare project, we had different scenarios. One of the scenario was that the robot had to sit in the corner of the room and look around. If it detects that someone has fallen it will then do the following:
1. Ask “are you ok?”
2. If it gets and answer: if the answer is yes it will ignore it, if the answer is no, it will connect to a server and call for a carer or the ambulance
3. If it does not get an answer, it will then get up and go check if what it detected was actually a person. If it was a person, it will connect to the server and call for help.
Another scenario, was that the patient was in his bedroom and the wheelchair was in another room. The person can tell the robot “NAO, please bring my wheelchair” and the robot will connect to the wheelchair and drive it next to the bed.
