I think the most difficult was a healthcare project, in which we were using a robotics wheelchair and a humanoid robot. The robot was supposed to be a companion to a disabled person, and provide assistance (such as call for the ambulance, move the wheelchair and so on) when it was required.

My current one is probably the hardest so far – attempting to figure out how and why people use Amazon Echo (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B015TJD0Y4/ref=twister_B01K8B8YA8?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1) the way they do. People use technology in surprising ways, and it brings me closer to understanding of what makes a good personal/social robot for home.
