• Question: when did you build your first robot?

      Hello Megameerkat!

      I built my first robot when I was 12. My dad bought me a magazine called Real Robots, where every week you got a new piece to build your own robot.

      It took nearly a year to build (I think my Dad thought I would get bored after a few weeks, but I didn’t!). The Robot was called Cybot and I programmed it to follow lines and avoid objects – I still have it in the loft.

      Have you ever built a robot?

      I haven’t actually built a robot myself… at least not yet. My projects up to this day involved programming the robots, and working on the control part.
