I was the one deciding what I want to do, so I had the ambition to push myself to the limits to reach where I am now. Of course, my family’s support, as well as my teachers and lecturers, helped me a lot, as knowing that people have faith in you and support your decisions will give you more confidence.

I’ve moved into the field by myself. I was fascinated by games, devices and how people built relationships with them. The idea still drives me to this day.

My family trusts me to do what I want, and my lecturers in the uni were very supportive and pushed my curiosity further.

That’s a question I’ve been asked a few times and it’s interesting for me to answer, as neither of my parents are interested in engineering at all.

I watched the Formula One on TV when I was little and was fascinated with the design of the cars. I think that’s what first got me interested in engineering.

From then on I pushed myself to carry that on and study engineering and do it for my career. I think it’s funny how something small like that can go on to shape your entire life.
