      Absolutely. My employer, and my colleagues respect the work I do, as it is pretty tough job, where you do see things that you hope other people don’t.

      Yes, in general I get treated with respect by my company, my peers and my clients, but respect comes with doing a good job and being a good bloke! 😉
      Interesting my friends can’t actually believe what I do, they are impressed that I have a ‘really responsible’ job as they put it!

      Hi!

      Yeah, I’d say so – it’s a professional environment, so everyone tends to be respectful. Disrespectful people don’t really fit into the engineering environment, because it’s vital to work as a team!

      Hi,

      Abosulutely – at work I definitely feel respected. However, sometimes outside of work people don’t necessarily understand my job, though they are often impressed that I do engineering.
