      Hi 536sftb23,

I don’t think so. I don’t think the early part of the day is the worst, its the end of the day when you are tired after a long day. I’m often at my most productive in the morning (especially if I’m motivated and have had a coffee!). Some industry leaders work ridiculous hours, in the office at 6:00am and don’t leave until well after 6:00 pm.

      Hey! Great question!

So I’m going to assume you mean, starting school at 08:55. Unfortunately, I’m going to say that I work from 08:30 some days, and work well into 6 or 7pm at night. I would say that early starts are not bad, but later finishes are awful.

I don’t think so, as everyone’s brains work differently. I am a morning person, so often found that by 1pm by brain stopped working – I never liked going to lessons after lunch as I was always so sleepy!

      Hi!

Interesting question! I think I’d be willing to be convinced either way – but I’d need to see scientific evidence of the likely pros and cons first 😀 !

I’m a night person, and through University I found that I was tend to work more productively in the evenings than in the mornings – so I can definitely sympathise with the view that school starts too early .

That said, I have been able to program myself to get up at 06:30 for work nowadays though!
