I can’t help you here! I wish I knew how to eat naughty food and not regret it! If you want to enjoy the naughty food then you should do some exercise to make up for it, it’ll make you feel better if nothing else.
I don’t think you can, unless you ensure you only eat the right amount of calories each day. Even then, am not sure you would be very healthy as I doubt you would get all the nutrients you need.
