• Question: What product do you use the most in engineering?

      Hi,

      It would have to my Laptop, I write a lot of technical reports, spreadsheets and presentations to communicate my assessments to the customers who pay me to solve their problems for them.

      Without my Laptop I would be in trouble!

      I use my laptop daily – and in particular spreadsheets on my laptop. However, I also write reports on word and occassionally give presentations as well.

      Hi!

      I use my computer every day! To be more detailed about a particular product, I probably most often use finite element analysis (FEA) software.

      This is software where you draw an object, divide it into little blocks, and then ask the program to work out how the object will react to temperature/bending/stretching etc.
