• Question: What Would You Do If Something Went Wrong In A Product, But It Was Too Dangerous To Approach/go near?

      An interesting question. For me a product would be a bridge, so I would hope we never get to that point as we assess bridges every year.

      However, with any dangerous task you need to look at what makes it dangerous and start to reduce each of the risks. It’s what I do with any task, by carrying out a risk assessment you identify what the problems are and then look at ways to reduce the risk.
