• Question: Do you aprove of animal testing in Science and Engineering?

      While there are lots of pros and cons of animal testing, the ethical part overshadows both of them for me. I do not believe that the benefits of animal testing outweigh the problems with the practice.

      This is tricky.
      I don’t approve animal being mistreated or kept in captovity and in poor conditions.
      At the same time, many life-saving drugs would not be available if it weren’t for animal testing.
      I agree that there should be stricter regulations on that though and if it leads to a ban I wouldn’t be disappointed.
