It’s been 5 years since the end of my MSc and yes I do enjoy my job, it’s always very diverse.
I “created” a finite element but it’t not something that you can touch or see I’m afraid. I also helped in the design of a ship cabin that was built after my models.

I love my job, every day is different and I am always learning new things (some of the things are even useful!)
I graduated in 2000 and have been working in the same field since then.
I engineer performance sports, swim and outdoor textile materials

Hi, I love being an engineer, making things and fixing things. I have been an engineer for 12 years working at lots of places but mainly RAF, Airbus, BAE Systems, Tharsus and now Monitor Coatings, all different areas of engineering. I have worked on aircraft maintenance, weapon design, design of systems for submarines, robot design and surface coatings.
