• Question: Do you plan to teach people of how baking can be scientific or is your goal only for one particular aspect?

      Hi DBhat, I always try to tell people that the secret to a good cake is following the instructions and the list of ingredients as precisely as possible, as much as you would do in a chemistry experiment.
      Some people make fun of me for this but professional bakers know that this is the way so successful and repeatable recipes.
      I’m peronally studying to understand how different ingredients ratios or combination will affect the results, to help my “baking experiments” ending up well. Unfortunately, I’m not qualified enough to teach scientific baking but I’m always happy to give advice and my dream now is to be able to open a bakery one day!
