      Good question!
It’s a tricky one to answer because it will depend on what you’re doing, but yes. You can’t be an expert in everything so people need to work together on complicated things. But that means everyone needs to be free to do the things they do well and everyone needs to rely on each other for results.

Hi Livvypop123, teamwork is essential. Working with other People can bring a different perspective, challenge your ideas, teach something new and help support you (I can be lonely by yourself).

      I think its vital.
For us to create a fully finished product we need lots of different specialisms to pull together to design, develop, test and then market a new technology.
For us no one person is a specialist in everything, all elements need to work together.
Its one of the things I enjoy about the industry though, you can learn so much from other people, plus you get the privilege of being able to focus and concentrate on making sure you perform at your best in order to play your part in the team
