      Hi, similar to other types of engineers, problem solving, creative mind, team player, good communicator and understanding of science and materials.

      Totally agree with Stacey, the creative mind helps a lot, we are always taking manufacturing techniques used in one industry and adapting them to our own. Who would have imagined knitted running shoes would be a good idea???
