      Not sure who developed them but I have seen motorcyclists wearing them. What a great invention using air to absorb shock and distribute impact reducing injuries from accidents.

      I’m not sure, I’m sure you could find out online. It’s a great idea though. There are inflatable bike helmets being developed too, like airbags.
