  Hi rubyredfortrules, yes our team visit some of the extreme environments for example Russia (very cold) and Metal Casting plants (very hot 16000 Degrees Celsius). Visits are used to gather the products requirements ( see what it needs to do and where) and we also conduct in situ environmental customer trials to see how well the product works.
