      It depends on context really. Is this for them wanting to host a payload on your satellite? Is it for a manned mission? etc

      With all subsystems and mission types, there are very strict health and safety (H&S) measures put in place (and especially for manned missions).
      Those involved would normally need to sign several documents to confirm that they will abide by rules in order to uphold the H&S for all involved, and for the health of the rocket/satellite/vehicle.

      If a client continues to put the safety of themselves, or others, at risk, this usually needs a lot of investigation and discussion. It can get to the point where you may have to refuse hosting the client depending on the outcome of the investigation.

      All the checks are done beforehand though, so it’s rare for this to happen 🙂
