      I don’t really know him but I am pleased someone is working towards leaving the planet.

      I think he has amazing vision and the ability to persuade people to help him achieve it. That’s a really important leadership skill, namely realising that one person can’t have all the skills needed to achieve a big goal, but together many people can.

      One of his leadership styles is to define a very difficult “mission”, such as to land a rocket at sea. This then inspires his work force to work together to solve all of the individual goals until the mission is successful.

      I think he’s quite visionary and daring, but I also think he’s not handling the teething problems of the Tesla particularly well.
