      Yes, in fact they’ve actively encouraged it. My family know just how much I love space and working in the space industry.

      Yes, my wife was happy to move our life to the UK for a few years. My relatives think I work on “spy satellites” and will be recruited by the CIA. Sometimes my mom calls after to ask if I’m working on satellites that can change the weather or find nuclear weapons!

      Actually the signals from positioning satellites can be used indirectly to “find” nuclear weapons. Nuclear detonations cause a certain type of disturbance in a layer of earth’s atmosphere that can be measured by receivers on the ground. Especially helpful when the detonation is underground!
