  Thanks for the question. I really enjoy my job. We have an ambitious target of enabling launch from the UK by the early 2020s. To help this happen I lead the engineering team which is responsible for setting the rules by which the companies must follow to ensure launch occurs safely in the future. This involves perform research into new launch vehicle technology and developing new tools/models to predict the flight of a launch vehicle.
