  I work in a team of seven people but we are all based in different areas of the UK, so sometimes I really miss working as part of a team all based in the same location. That would definitely help me to enjoy my work more.

Question: If you could add somthing extra to the engineering environment you work in what would it be? e.g. more team building exercises...etc
