• Question: What drew you to come and work in England. Was it purely academic and work related. Or was it because of the scones (cream then Jam) and tea? Do you miss the Kola bear?

      Good questions. My wife and I wanted to have fun travelling. I was offered the PhD position and thought it would be better to do now instead of go to work and try to get back into school later.

      Why England? I like that so many different countries are nearby! Europe is at least a 12 hour flight from my hometown.

      Yes, of course I miss the Koala. At that wildlife preserve there were kangaroos that we could feed and pet. Unfortunately humans couldn’t enter the Koala area, the workers would bring one out for us to pet. When it fell asleep they would go get a different Koala!
