      I like lots of things, but particularly food from all over Asia as they have lots of wonderful flavours in their cooking and interesting new ingredients

      Mexican food is my all time favourite, especially pork carnitas. I also like texan BBQ and like smoking meat on the BBQ when the weather is nice.

      I love Italian food. We once went to the place in Naples where pizza was invented…it was amazing!!

      Hi carlo, I like meat the most. I’m a terrible chef, the only food I can make myself is meat on the barbecue! Before I came to the UK, I grilled lots of hamburgers, steaks, and ribs.
