• Question: What is your favorite astronaut and spacecraft?

      Gus Grissom, the second American in space and was meant to be the first man to land on the Moon. My favourite spacecraft has to be Apollo, it’s an engineering marvel with 1960s technology (though Gemini is a very close second).

      My favourite astronaut is probably Bonnie Dunbar, she visited my school when I was younger and was really inspirational. I think my favourite spacecraft would have to be Curiosity, the Mars Rover. I was at NASA JPL when it landed on Mars and got to see the excitement of everyone who had built it first-hand.
