• Question: Do you prefer to work on your own or with a team?

      I guess both would be the answer, sometimes it is great to work in a team, other times, I like to work alone.

      Lucky that there is a mix as an engineer – and you have to be able to work well on your own and with other people.

      I would say the thing I did not realise when I was at school – is that everyone at work is there to help you. At school you have to sit exams on your own, at work, there are loads of people that help you out.
