  Of course, all the time! I work in Earth observation so all my data are visualised using maps. Diagrams are very useful when I’m designing and writing software, they give me a clear idea of the inputs and the outputs of each block of code. And I keep record of my work writing the details of what I’ve done as instructions, that way any of my colleagues can pick up where I left it when I’m away on a holiday 🙂
