• Question: Have any of you worked on anything sent into space??

      Yes, I worked on satellites which were sent into space. For instance, I worked on the Iridium system.

      Yes, I’ve worked on the design of a small Earth observation satellite called Deimos-1 that was sent to space in 2009, and I was part of the mission support team for a group of navigation satellites called Galileo. They are launching four Galileo satellites later this month, I’m very happy for my ex-colleagues!
