  Yes, it happens all the time. In my work, I draft proposals which I submit to clients. When, they don’t select my project, it is very frustrating! It is a lot of hard work, and we still don’t win. But I learn every time something new and I improve for the next time! Failing is a normal way to get better and better! 🙂
