      Robotics, artificial limbs, medical equipment.

      Technology makes many aspects of our lives easier, a lot of this is down to, well laziness. You can order a pizza in a few button presses, you can turn on lights from your phone, so you don’t need to get up. You don’t need to go to Blockbuster to rent a video.

      I would like to work on something that really, really helps people – people missing limbs for example, have their quality of life greatly reduced. Things we take for granted. The technology for this is so specialised, I would like to see the cost come down and made more widely available.
