• Question: why can we see the moon during the day

      The same way we see it at night: because it reflects the light the light of the Sun! The Moon has its own schedule independent from the sun so it’s up at day as often as it’s up at night, but we don’t see it all the time because sunlight overpowers moonlight for most of the day. The trick is to look for it at dawn and dusk, when sunlight is not that strong.
