Question: can i get a 3d printer for free i would really like one

Unfortunately giving away 3D printers for free only happens very occasionally. Last year 4 schools were challenged to build an Ultimaker Original printer from a kit in the shortest possible time. The winners got to keep the printer for their school. The winning school did it in 4.5 hours (we normally say it takes 10 hours).

Some schools have found very creative ways of raising the funds for a printer- if you really want one you’ll find a way of raising the money……
