      Hi 1Dfan :),

      Yes it really is! To work in any of the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) subjects you need to be really dedicated and have a real passion for it. Those are the things which keep you going when things get tough, some of the studies we have to do are hard work.

      However I’ve always firmly believed that with enough hard work anyone can be an Engineer. That hard work starts in school and it comes from knowing what you want to do, knowing what you need to get there and then chasing it for all your worth!
