  It depends on the limb. Depends if the limb is for a below knee or above knee amputee, as there are less components.
  
  It can cost from about 500 for a foot up to 35,000 for a microprocessor controlled limb.
  
  But thankfully, systems like the NHS or private health care will pay for all the expenses.
