  I am not an expert here but I don’t think it is yet possible.
  
  I am aware of organ transplants and even hands and face, but not the head.
  
  I guess that apart from the usually known complications such as rejection etc, technically, transplanting the head makes you a different person. You are YOUR brain, so if you have a different brain, it is not you anymore.

  Apparently it is in the process of being planned…
  
  Someone that is completely paralysed is due to have a transplant in the next few years I believe!!
  
  So while it isn’t possible right this second, it might be very soon!!
