In general, for breakfast, I have overnight oats with maple syrup, a bit of cocoa powder and almond milk. On the weekends, I love having avocado on toast.
For lunch, I always take a packed lunch with me. It tends to be either the leftovers from the day before or a wrap/burrito with what I can find in the fridge.
For dinner, I cook anything! From spag bol, stir fry, curry.. really, anything. I love cooking!
Breakfast during the week I always have a fried egg on toast with a glass of milk. At the weekend I usually also add beans and maybe mushrooms too as well as a piece of fruit.
Lunch either a sandwich, wrap, pasta, leftovers.
Dinner lots of different things. Curry, fajitas, pasta dishes, stir fries.
I don’t have breakfast (you should, its important…)
But for lunch, I normally have a sandwich or pasta salad..then for dinner at home I have something more substantial.. last night I had chicken kievs, mashed potato, carrots and peas – it was delicious!
