  Thanks Mc Bunions! That’s great! I don’t know the answer to that yet, i am still investigating the question. I am growing my cells on different sized fibres and the cells i have grown so far like fibres around 4micron which is half the width of a human hair!
  
  I will be setting up my experiment to grow the cells under fluid flow next week and will be able to test how different speeds (which causes shear stress) will affect how the cells grow.

Question: what is the perfect environment to grow a kidney in? and I am going to vote for you
