      A teleporter (like the ones on Star Trek). That would be ace

      Or something to stop time so I wouldn’t ever be late to anything, & I could learn loads & loads of skills & languages

      Something to reverse my Mum’s MS – it’s a pretty horrible illness that means that her nervous system is being damaged, so slowly over time she is losing her ability to walk. I’d love to invent something that would fix this.

      A new energy source. For example a machine to get energy from soil (I do not mean oil/petroleum) like hydropower, thermal power. It could be the prime need of future generations, I guess!
